They will be free to everyone through the start of Total War Access 17 October, but if you wish before, they are available in the September issue of White Dwarf magazine. Recruit them in-game: Gotrek, a god, and Felix, an accompanying hero.
However, if you want to have access to the couple early, it seems that there will be a printed code in the edition September of White Dwarf Workshop magazine, which goes on sale September 20, even though customers may accept their issues in advance. Gotrek and Felix will be completely free for anyone who registers with Total War Access, which is also free to do so, and is available on October 17th. This duo will only remain under your command for around 20 before Gotrek feels the need to go find his end, so you must find them again if you want to recruit them once again.
